After PTI Chairman Imran Khan was convicted by the court, a hearing date has been set for his appeal to restore the right of defense in the Tosha Khana case.
The Islamabad High Court is scheduled to hear this appeal on August 10, with the Chief Justice presiding. The court has also issued a notice to the Election Commission, requesting their response to this request.
Previously, Imran Khan’s right to defense was revoked by the trial court in the Tosha Khana case, leading him to file an application in the High Court seeking the restoration of this right.
