In the international bullion market on Monday, the cost of gold surged by $7, reaching $2,075 per ounce, while locally, the price of 24-karat gold also experienced an upswing. The tola gold price witnessed a rise, climbing by 450 rupees to reach 217,900 rupees, and the price per 10 grams increased by 386 rupees, reaching 186,814 rupees.
Conversely, silver prices remained stable, with no change in the cost of silver per tola at Rs 2,650 and the price per 10 grams holding steady at Rs 2,271.94, as reported by market sources.
