Islamabad: FIA has started an inquiry on the controversial tweet against PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat.
According to News, FIA Cyber Crime Cell Islamabad started an inquiry against PTI Member National Assembly Sher Afzal Marwat on the controversial tweet and summoned him on March 18.
FIA Cyber Crime Cell Islamabad has asked Sher Afzal Marwat to appear at Cyber Crime Reporting Center G13 Islamabad on March 18 at 10 am.

A summons notice under Section 160 CrPC was sent to Sher Afzal Marwat at G9/1 in Islamabad, stating that the inquiry has been initiated on the request of Barrister Aqeel Malik, according to which he had on March 9 in his Tweeted through the Twitter handle. So appear for inquiry with relevant evidence.
It has been clarified in the notice that if you do not appear in the inquiry, it will be considered that you have nothing to say in the cleaning. In the notice, Sher Afzal Marwat has been instructed to bring his mobile phone and electronic devices.
The notice also clarified that non-compliance is also punishable under Section 174 PPC.
It may be recalled that Sher Afzal Marwat had tweeted the clip of the press conference in Islamabad, in which he is accusing the Chief Minister of Punjab of an alleged conspiracy against him and had himself asked to give all the evidence to the FIA. are ready for FIA should investigate these evidences.
