Speaking at the Islamabad Police Line’s passing out ceremony, Bugti highlighted that the ongoing conflict in Pakistan, purportedly in the name of religion, is entirely divorced from true religious principles. He stressed the need to rectify the disjointed approach that led to a loss in a previously secured victory, urging for clarity amidst societal confusion. Bugti advocated for stringent measures against those wielding arms, emphasizing the necessity to curb their activities.
He underscored that the struggle isn’t solely against the military but against the very fabric of the state. Bugti called for unified efforts, asserting the importance of quashing any support for terrorists within parliament and media channels. Corruption, he emphasized, stands as a significant societal challenge that must be addressed.
