In Islamabad, the High Court has halted the arrest of Iman Mazari in a case, which was pursued without notifying the court.

The proceedings for Iman Mazari’s cases revolved around the submission of necessary information and a protective bail application. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb of the Islamabad High Court resolved the petition by issuing an order.

The High Court has instructed that prior notification to the court is required before making any arrests related to undisclosed FIRs. Additional Attorney General Manoor Iqbal Dogal pointed out that after the previous hearing, communication was sent to the provinces, including faxes and WhatsApp messages, requesting the provision of case details. The petitioners were cautioned against making unsubstantiated claims.

The court emphasized that the case is under scrutiny, and if an FIR exists, it should be reported to the court accordingly.
