Islamabad High Court ordered the release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi. In the Islamabad High Court, a hearing was held on the petition against the arrest of Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi under the 3MPO.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb ordered the release of the vice-chairman, while Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s arrest under the 3MPO was annulled. It should be noted that after the arrest of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, the agitators had created a severe disturbance and caused severe damage to government property. It should be noted that PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi was arrested under 3MPO after the arrest of Imran Khan.
