Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir, known for his rulings against high-profile figures including two former prime ministers, has recently retired after a 12-year tenure.
Judge Bashir, appointed to the Accountability Court on March 13, 2012, presided over significant cases involving political leaders such as Nawaz Sharif, Imran Khan, and Maryam Nawaz, as well as retired Captain Safdar.
He also handled proceedings concerning other former prime ministers like Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, and Yousuf Raza Gilani, along with ongoing cases involving President Asif Ali Zardari.
