The Sessions Court in Islamabad has concluded the hearings regarding Imran Khan’s plea for acquittal in the judge intimidation case.
Civil Judge Muhammad Mureed Abbas presided over the proceedings, where Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi presented the arguments before the court.
Following comprehensive arguments from both sides, the court has decided to reserve its verdict on the PTI Chairman’s request for acquittal. Salman Safdar, the lawyer representing Chairman PTI, had finalized the arguments yesterday in this case involving the alleged intimidation of a female judge.
Imran Khan had sought acquittal in the matter concerning the intimidation of the said judge. Additionally, despite attempts to personally apologize to the lady judge, a meeting between Imran Khan and the judge was reportedly unsuccessful.
