Islamabad: Judicial remand of founder chairman PTI Imran Khan in 12 cases of May 9 has been granted.
According to Express News, twelve cases filed against Imran Khan in Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi regarding Nomai were heard. The court rejected the request of the police for physical remand and approved a 14-day judicial remand in these cases.
Rawalpindi police had requested for 30 days physical remand of PTI founder but the court did not approve it.
Advocate Malik Faisal and Sardar Shahbaz Khosa appeared in the court on behalf of founder PTI. The case was heard by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Malik Ijaz Asif in Adiala Jail.
