Justice Mansoor has suggested the creation of a full court to address amendments to the NAB case.

Jamaat-e-Islami also filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the constitutional amendment

Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has recommended the establishment of a full court to handle the proceedings related to the NAB amendments case. The matter was under consideration in the Supreme Court.

During the hearing, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah proposed the formation of a full court to adjudicate on the Practice and Procedure Act case, which pertains to the NAB amendments. The Supreme Court is yet to make a decision on the petitions challenging the Practice and Procedure Act.

Drawing attention to his previous note in a military trial case, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah emphasized that the NAB amendment case should be deliberated upon by a full court. He reiterated his request to the Chief Justice of Pakistan for the NAB amendment case to be heard by the full court. The outcome would have been different if the Supreme Court had already made a decision on the Practice and Procedure Act.
