Progress has been achieved regarding the proceedings involving Justice Mazahir Naqvi in the Supreme Judicial Council.
Challenging both show-cause notices issued by the Judicial Council in the Supreme Court, Justice Mazahir Naqvi pleaded for the complaints against him to be heard in an open court, implicating the Federation via the Ministry of Law. Furthermore, the Judicial Council has issued two show-cause notices to Justice Mazahir Naqvi, with ten complaints against him currently pending in the Council.
