Justice Mazahir Naqvi has responded to the Supreme Judicial Council’s second show cause notice regarding the reference against him.
Sources indicate that Naqvi submitted a comprehensive reply stating that the allegations against him are unfounded. He highlighted that the Council’s actions following constitutional petitions in open court are unjustified. Notably, the Council granted him a final chance to reply before their upcoming meeting on January 11 regarding the reference.
