Khawaja Asif’s proposal to sit together.

Khawaja Asif, the Leader of Muslim League-N and former Defense Minister, once again extended an invitation to engage with all parties.

In discussions with the media, Asif highlighted the severe harm inflicted upon the nation amid escalating political turmoil. Emphasizing a lack of personal animosity, he acknowledged the political differences between parties.

Pointing to the detrimental effects of ongoing political discord, Asif urged for collective dialogue and concerted efforts to address the nation’s wounds.

He clarified that his intent wasn’t to secure a two-thirds majority, but rather to aim for a clear mandate in the general elections for PML-N in the National Assembly. Asif expressed a desire for a post-election government formed through national consensus, aimed at fostering healing and unity.
