After the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan, the cases against 16 miscreants who insulted Shaheedah and attacked military installations will be tried in military courts.
Officials of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa said that the cases against the suspects involved in the attack on military installations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be tried in military courts.
The cases of those who desecrated the bodies of Colonel Sher Khan and other national heroes in Mardan will be tried in 6 military courts. The government officials said that the trials of Shahzaib, Rahmatullah, Adnan, Shakirullah Syed Alam and Yasir Nawaz, who were arrested in Mardan, will be held in military courts.
The request to prosecute the cases was approved. According to officials, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police arrested the accused from different areas of Mardan. Apart from this, 10 accused arrested from Malakand, Dir and Bannu will also be tried in military courts. 4 accused from Malakand, 3 from Dire and 3 from Bannu were arrested for attacks on military and other installations. Government officials said that so far the cases of 16 people have been approved to be tried in military courts.
