Lahore: Misbah-ul-Haq has been appointed as an advisor to PCB Management Committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf for cricket affairs.
Former captain Misbah-ul-Haq confirmed to be Zaka Ashraf’s advisor and said that he will perform these duties free of charge. Misbah-ul-Haq said that he had a meeting with Zaka Ashraf today at the PCB headquarters, in which he offered me to work in the board at an attractive salary, but I declined full-time work due to pre-scheduled engagements.
Misbah-ul-Haq said that Zaka Ashraf asked him to work for the betterment of cricket as a consultant, which I have accepted. Misbah-ul-Haq said that in the light of my experience, I will give suggestions to fix PCB’s domestic and other cricket matters.
All this will be complimentary and will not take a single pie from the board.
