
The Foreign Office spokesperson in Islamabad reported that over 200,000 illegal Afghan residents have returned to their homeland, with the number reaching 228,574 since the October 31 deadline. The government of Pakistan has actively facilitated the safe repatriation of these individuals, establishing transit camps in various districts equipped with necessary amenities for their temporary stay. Afghan citizens continue to return home daily through the Torkham and Chaman borders.
Moreover, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar participated in the OIC-Arab League joint meeting in Riyadh on November 11, where he strongly denounced the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza. He emphasized the immediate need for a ceasefire and expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people. The prime minister also highlighted the persistent human rights violations in Indian-Occupied Kashmir.
The Foreign Office spokesperson further condemned Israel’s attacks on hospitals in Gaza and urged the international community to take action against these violations, holding Israel accountable for its actions.
