MQM delegation met with Nawaz Sharif, discussed the political situation

A group from the MQM recently convened with Nawaz Sharif, a prominent leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-N, at the central secretariat in Lahore.

During this meeting, they discussed the potential electoral collaboration between the two parties, primarily in Sindh, particularly in Karachi and Hyderabad. They also explored seat adjustments and various other matters concerning the political landscape in the country. The conversation also revolved around the possibility of forming a substantial electoral alliance in Sindh.

The MQM delegation, headed by Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, included members such as Dr. Farooq Sattar and Mustafa Kamal. Meanwhile, the Pakistan Muslim League-N delegation, which supported Nawaz Sharif, featured figures like Shahbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Rana Sanaullah, Khawaja Saad Rafiq, and other leaders.

Former Federal Minister Ayaz Sadiq, speaking with the media, acknowledged the ongoing political alliances. He mentioned the recent meeting with the MQM delegation and expressed the intention to collaborate, with the exact details and timing of such cooperation yet to be determined.
