Workers from the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) engaged in altercations within the National Assembly Constituency NA-49 in Attock.
The Government Boys High School Bhangi Hazrao and Polling Station UC Office Northopa polling stations in Attock were temporarily suspended due to clashes among supporters.
Quarrelsome PML-N and PTI workers were ejected from the polling stations. After a delay of approximately five hours, the polling process resumed at both locations.
In another incident, the police dismantled a PTI camp in the Civil Lines area of Rawalpindi. PTI filed a complaint with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) regarding the demolition of their candidate’s camp.
