NAB has filed a reference in the accountability court against PTI Chairman Imran Khan and others, implicating them in a corruption case involving 190 million pounds.

Alongside Imran Khan, his wife Bushra Bibi, Zulfi Bukhari, Shahzad Akbar, Farah Gogi, and Barrister Zia-ul-Mustafa Naseem have been named as accused in the reference.

Imran Khan’s legal team filed a post-arrest bail application in the Accountability Court Islamabad, involving Chairman NAB and Director General NAB as parties. The petition emphasizes Imran Khan’s stature as a former Prime Minister and renowned cricketer, highlighting that his reputation is being targeted for political reasons. The plea requests the court to grant post-arrest bail pending the verdict in the alleged £190 million scam case.
