In anticipation of the inaugural match of the Asia Cup, the Nepalese cricket squad has arrived at the National Stadium in Karachi for their practice sessions.
As reported by Express News, the players commenced their training with light physical routines at the Hanif Muhammad Regional High Performance Center ground, all while being under stringent security measures.
The Nepali team is scheduled for a practice session on Friday, followed by a practice match at the Karachi Gymkhana on Saturday. Subsequently, the team will depart from Karachi to Multan on August 27.
The Nepali side is set to compete against Pakistan in the opening match of the Asia Cup on August 30 at the Multan Cricket Stadium.
Importantly, the Nepalese team made its way to Karachi from Kathmandu, transiting via Dubai on Wednesday, in order to take part in the Asia Cup.
