In Islamabad, the Supreme Court has welcomed a fresh appointment to the position of Registrar. Chief Justice of Pakistan, Umar Atta bandial, has officially designated District and Sessions Judge Abdul Razzaq as the new Registrar of the Supreme Court. Prior to this appointment, Abdul Razzaq had been serving as the Acting Registrar in an interim capacity.
It’s worth noting that this crucial position had remained vacant since the retirement of the former Registrar of the Supreme Court, Ishrat Ali, back in June.
