
Nawaz Sharif, a prominent leader of PML-N, has had his nomination papers accepted in Lahore without any objections.
The scrutiny, completed in constituency NA 130, saw no challenges to Sharif’s candidacy. Asghar Joya, the Returning Officer for NA 130, approved the former Prime Minister’s nomination papers. Bilal Yasin, a leader in the party, expressed confidence in Sharif’s success in the February 8 election and anticipated his fourth term as Pakistan’s Prime Minister. Lawyer Amjad Parvez affirmed that Sharif’s case adheres to all legal conditions. The returning officer confirmed that all requirements were met from Sharif’s end.
