In Rawalpindi, the Anti-Terrorism Court has acquitted former PTI MPA, Seemabiya Tahir, in connection with an attack and vandalism incident at a sensitive institution.
The court’s decision was based on the fact that no woman was specifically named in the case, and Seemabiya Tahir was later arrested by Newtown police.
Upon leaving the court, both the PTI lawyers’ team and Seemabiya Tahir celebrated the verdict by raising slogans. Seemabiya Tahir expressed her belief that justice had prevailed, stating that the case against her was false and unfounded, as the police failed to provide any evidence to support their claims.
