Chaudhary Pervez Elahi, former Punjab Chief Minister, was transferred to the hospital in Rawalpindi due to heart-related complications.
Adiala Jail authorities reported that he underwent examination at the jail hospital before being taken to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. Officials stated that Elahi had experienced heart pain since last night and is also dealing with a chest infection.
