In Islamabad, the Supreme Court Bar Association’s plea for the organization of elections within a 90-day timeframe has been designated as Constitutional Petition No. 32/2023.
It’s important to mention that the Supreme Court had previously contested the decision to conduct elections based on the updated census data.
Within this petition, the Supreme Court has been appealed to mandate the election process to be completed within a span of 90 days.
