In Islamabad, a court has issued an order for the appearance of PTI founder chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi on April 4.
At the District and Sessions Courts in Islamabad, the case involving Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi was heard, where bail applications for the former prime minister and PTI founder chairman Imran Khan, as well as his wife Bushra Bibi, were granted. Production orders have been issued.
The applications for production orders were heard by Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, with Imran Khan’s lawyers presenting the request for their appearance in court. Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry, the lawyer representing PTI’s founder chairman, appeared in court.
During the proceedings, the court directed the superintendent of Adiala jail to ensure the presence of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in court on April 4.
It’s worth noting that despite a previous court order for attendance via video link, the jail authorities failed to arrange the video link attendance for the PTI founder. The court issued a notice for non-compliance with the video link attendance at the previous hearing.
