The prosecution intends to approach the High Court after granting bail to nine individuals, including PTI activist Sanam Javed and Rubina Jameel, in the Jinnah House attack case.
This decision to grant bail was made by the Anti-Terrorism Court three days ago, and now the government plans to challenge this ruling in the High Court. The prosecution is currently in the process of preparing the application for the release of these individuals on bail, and the application will be submitted once the certified decision from the Anti-Terrorism Court is received. It’s worth noting that the Anti-Terrorism Court granted bail to nine individuals, including PTI workers Sanam Javed and Rubina Jameel, three days ago.
