Tehreek-e-Insaf has lodged a review plea with the Supreme Court concerning the withdrawal of the bat symbol in Islamabad.
PTI has urged the Supreme Court to reassess the verdict on the intra-party elections, advocating for the restoration of the Peshawar High Court’s ruling. The petition contends that the intra-party elections were conducted in accordance with the party’s constitution, asserting that the Election Commission lacks jurisdiction to scrutinize them.
