Islamabad: Ali Afzal Sahi, a former provincial minister and PTI leader, has had his bail in the protest and vandalism case confirmed by the anti-terrorism court.
The proceedings were overseen by Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain at the Anti-Terrorism Court. During the hearing, Ali Afzal Sahi was present in the courtroom alongside his attorney, Barrister Qasim Nawaz Abbasi. Following the presentation of arguments by the legal representatives, the court issued an order to uphold Ali Afzal Sahi’s bail application. The case against him was registered at Golra police station under charges related to terrorism provisions.
