The court has denied Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s plea to conduct elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under judicial supervision.

Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court, Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, and Justice Shakeel Ahmed, a 2-member bench, rejected the request made by PTI.

The verdict, issued by Justice Shakeel Ahmed today, comes after the bench heard the case on December 18 and reserved its decision. It’s important to note that PTI had sought judicial supervision for the elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
