Peshawar: Good Governance Committee member Qazi Anwar Advocate has said that the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is being tortured.
Qazi Anwar Advocate said in a conversation with the media that there was a meeting with the founder of PTI. Imran Khan is being tortured in jail. The rally was postponed by PTI founder.
The member of the Good Governance Committee further said that such an impression is being given that the meeting was postponed at the behest of someone. The rally has been postponed by PTI. When Imran Khan was asked why he postponed the meeting, the jail administration said that they cannot ask political questions.
Qazi Anwar Advocate further said that the Good Governance Committee was formed by the founder PTI. The name of the committee will be changed and a secretariat will be established for it. The name of the committee will be PTI Internal Accountability Committee.
If there are complaints against any minister or officer, a complaint can be filed against him to the committee. The committee will have its own website where complaints can be lodged.
