LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-N has presented its election manifesto for Election 2024 under the title ‘Bless Pakistan’.
Pakistan Muslim League-N leader Nawaz Sharif presided over a ceremony at the party secretariat Model Town in which the manifesto was presented.
Farmer’s Prosperity
Prominence of the farmer through agricultural innovation is among the key points of the manifesto. The country will be protected from the effects of climate change. All government offices will be made environment friendly.
The manifesto emphasizes agriculture, including provision of interest-free loans to small farmers, use of modern technology to reduce crop losses.
Abolition of NAB
Constitutional, legal, judicial and administrative reforms will be planned. Among the constitutional reforms, it is also included that Article 62/63 will be restored to its original state. NAB will be abolished and the supremacy of Parliament will be ensured.
Judicial reforms
A timely and effective judicial system will be implemented. There will be effective, fair and timely prosecution. It will be ensured that major and difficult cases are decided within one year while minor cases are decided within two months.
Reduction in inflation
In the manifesto 2024-2029, PML-N promised to reduce electricity bills by 20 to 30 percent while providing 1 crore jobs. PML-N vowed to spread the message of peace across borders.
Establishment of Implementation Council
A Special Implementation Council will also be set up to ensure effective implementation of the manifesto, which will prepare a quarterly report on the government’s performance.
