Lahore: In response to the rocket attacks on the police in the Kacha area, the leader of the dacoits Bashir Sher was killed and five of his fellow dacoits were seriously injured.
According to Express News, on the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the Punjab Police conducted a swift operation and surrounded the gang involved in the rocket attack in the Kacha area of Rahim Yar Khan. During the operation of the police team, the leader of the dacoits, the notorious Bashir Sher, was killed while 5 of his accomplices were seriously injured.
The injured robbers include Sanaullah Shar, Gada Ali, Kamlu Shar, Ramzan Shar and Gadi. There are reports of more robbers being injured in this retaliatory action by the police.
Punjab Police says that police action has been going on since last night in Kacha area in Rahim Yar Khan. The chase of the bandits will continue until the last attacker is eliminated.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz congratulated the police team on the death of Bashir Shar and said that they will fulfill their commitment to clean the area of Kutch from bandits. The sacrifices of police martyrs cannot be forgotten.
