Portugal’s star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo says he is happy in Saudi Arabia and hopes other big names will join the teams for the next event.
According to reports, Ronaldo signed a 2-year contract with Saudi club Al-Nasr in January this year. He scored 14 goals in 16 matches during the Pro League, but missed out on winning the title, his team finished second in the league.
He said that there are very good teams in the Saudi league, I am happy here and want to continue playing. He has adapted himself to the Saudi culture by staying at the club.
In Europe we used to train in the morning and evening, but here in Ramadan the training started at 10 am which was strange for me.
After Ronaldo arrival in Saudi Arabia, several top names in football have shown interest in the Saudi league, including big names like Lionel Messi and Karim Benzema. Al-Hilal, the rival team of Al-Nasr, also gave Messi a huge amount of money to join their team
