In Rawalpindi, Section 144 has been extended till June 4, a notification banning meetings, processions, rallies and gatherings has also been issued.
According to the notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi, Section 144 in force throughout the district has been extended till June 4.
In the notification, it has been said that there will be a complete ban on meetings, processions, rallies and gatherings throughout the district, and the use of weapons will not be allowed.
According to the notification, legal action will be taken against those who violate Section 144. It should be noted that Section 144 also prohibits gathering of 4 or more people at one place, protests or demonstrations.
