Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced its intention to contest the decision in the Supreme Court regarding the Tosha Khana case.
According to the PTI spokesperson, the Toshakhana case has raised serious concerns about the justice system’s credibility. They believe the trial was severely flawed and influenced by a biased and discredited judge with a specific agenda. The recent verdict, which sentenced Imran Khan to three years in prison and imposed a fine, is seen as a clear example of political revenge and manipulation. The spokesperson considers it an attack on democracy, lacking any solid legal foundation.
The spokesperson further alleges that the decision reflects a desperate attempt to achieve ulterior motives, similar to previous incidents in London. They assert that the nation will not tolerate such conspiracies and revenge tactics against a widely respected and popular political leader. Despite any attempts to suppress the truth or use coercive measures, they remain determined to challenge the verdict in the highest court of the land.
