
In Tehran, on the occasion of Pakistan Day, the Azadi Tower was lit up with the colors of the green crescent flag.
Mohammad Mudassar Tipu, the Pakistani Ambassador to Tehran, participated in the ceremony at Azadi Tower, marking Pakistan Day. The event featured video mapping showcasing Pakistan Day and the Nowruz festival, marking the first instance of such a display in the history of Pakistan-Iran relations. Images of Pakistan’s national landmarks were projected alongside traditional music, accompanied by the national anthems of both countries.
The illumination of the Pakistani national flag alongside the Iranian flag symbolized the close and fraternal bonds between the two neighboring nations. A significant number of Pakistani and Iranian attendees enjoyed the festivities.
Ambassador Tipu emphasized that events like these play a crucial role in strengthening the bonds between people and cultures. He described the occasion as a historic moment in the relationship between the two countries, which share rich cultural heritage, history, and traditions.
