
PESHAWAR: The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued a stern directive regarding bribery, stating that any officer caught soliciting bribes should face severe consequences.
During an address in Syed Alian village of DI Khan, Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur emphasized the gravity of bribery and suggested that individuals encountering such situations should metaphorically “hit a brick on the head” of the corrupt officer, using his name for support.
Gandapur stressed the importance of combating bribery within the province, declaring that those involved in such practices are condemned to hell. He urged citizens to take immediate action against both bribe-takers and givers, emphasizing the collective responsibility to uphold integrity and punish corruption on the spot.
In his message to the public, Gandapur underscored that bribery is a grave offense and urged individuals to stand firm against it, ensuring accountability and justice in all dealings with government officials.
