Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has filed a petition in the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad seeking to annul the non-bailable arrest warrant issued in connection with the PTI Azadi March case.
The application, lodged by Raja Zahoor-e-ul-Hassan Advocate, states that the Chief Minister KP did not intentionally fail to appear in court but was unable to do so due to prior electoral commitments.
In the petition, the Chief Minister KP has requested an unconditional apology for the violation of court orders and urged the cancellation of the non-bailable arrest warrant issued on March 19. It is noteworthy that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been issued a non-bailable arrest warrant in relation to the PTI Real Azadi March case.
