The government lawyer said that first the name was put in PNIL, then it was removed from this list and put in ECL, cases have been registered against Mahrang under the provisions of terrorism, anti-state activities, home department of Balochistan. On the request, his name was put in the no-fly list.

The public prosecutor replied that Mahrang Baloch’s name was in the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL) when he was detained, temporarily the name is entered in the PNIL and then in the ECL. is
