In Karachi, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has issued a notification announcing a reduction in the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for April. OGRA spokesperson Imran Ghaznavi stated that following a decrease in the Saudi Aramco contract price, the prices of LPG have been lowered. Consequently, the cost of an 11.8 kg domestic LPG cylinder has been reduced by 76 rupees and 9 paise.
The new price for LPG per kilogram in April stands at Rs 250.34 after a reduction of Rs 6.44. The price of a domestic cylinder has dropped to Rs 2,954.03, down by Rs 3,030.12 following the price adjustment.
It’s worth noting that in March, the price per kilogram of LPG was Rs 256.78, and the domestic cylinder cost Rs 3,030.12.
