Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana heard the 190 million pounds reference in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi, PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi were brought before the court from jail.
The lawyers of Safai could not cross-examine the last witness of the prosecution and the investigating officer Mian Umar Nadeem even today.
During the hearing, the lawyers of Safai filed a request to give a written decision rejecting the plea of acquittal of the PTI founder, which was accepted by the court and adjourned the further hearing of the case till tomorrow.
