The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has released a notification concerning the sighting of the Jumadi al-Thani 1445 Hijri moon.
In Islamabad, the central meeting of the Rawit Hilal Committee, chaired by Abdul Khabeer, took place. Simultaneously, zonal committees convened in Quetta, Lahore, Karachi, and Peshawar.
Following the testimonies received regarding the moon sighting, the Rawit Hilal Committee unanimously agreed to confirm the sighting of the Jumadi-ul-Thani moon. The Chairman of the Rawit-ul-Hilal Committee announced that the 1st of Jumadi-ul-Thani will fall on Friday, December 15. Correspondingly, the Ministry of Religious Affairs issued a notification validating the moon sighting.
