Defense Minister Khawaja Asif presented a resolution of condemnation in which action was taken against those involved in the May 9 incidents under the Army Act and human rights were taken into account during the action.

The resolution states that the armed forces have the authority to act on attacks on military installations in the world, and all persons should be punished under the Pakistan Army Act 1952.
Speaking in the House, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said that military installations were targeted on May 9, our system has been compromised, no new law is being made against the accused of May 9, but the existing laws in the constitution. is being used.
He said that the cases of attacks on military installations all over the world are conducted in military courts only, we have not made any new law but this law is already there, where there is terrorism, the case will be conducted under the terrorism law.
The Defense Minister further said that where the case under 16 MPO is to be conducted, it will be conducted accordingly, but those who targeted the ships, targeted the Bala Hisar fort.
