In Karachi, the Pakistan Stock Exchange’s 100 index has surpassed 62,000 points for the first time in the country’s history.
The index surged by 821 points on the initial day of the business week, reaching an unprecedented high of 62,513 points. Concurrently, the dollar depreciated by 71 paise to Rs 284. This remarkable uptrend in the
stock market has been consistent for several days. Notably, the 100 index has seen a substantial 52.78% increase in the course of this year.
