PTI has contacted JUIF and arranged an important meeting on the issue of increasing the number of judges and service chiefs from Parliament.
According to sources, a high-level delegation of PTI led by Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar Ali will meet Maulana Fazlur Rehman at his residence today.
The term of service chiefs will be 5 years, the number of Supreme Court judges will be 34, the bill passed by Parliament
In the meeting, there will be a consultation regarding the amendments approved by the Parliament, the opposition parties will decide the plan of action for the future situation.
It should be noted that yesterday Acting President Yusuf Raza Gilani had signed the bills passed by the National Assembly and the Senate regarding the increase in the tenure of service chiefs and the number of judges.
