Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the immediate task of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is to increase foreign direct investment to 5 billion dollars.
In his message on the social networking site Twitter, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the coalition government has decided to establish a special investment facilitation council.
He said that SIFC will act as a top decision-making forum, the forum will focus on IT, agriculture, energy, minerals, mining and defense production.
