Lahore / Wazirabad: The National Highway Authority has raised the toll charges for the motorway.

As per the latest update, the fee for vehicles journeying from Lahore to Islamabad has been revised to 1100 rupees, previously standing at 910 rupees. According to the recent notification, the National Highway Authority will impose a charge of 3.07 rupees per kilometer on every vehicle, with passenger vans on the motorway being required to pay 2590 rupees.

Authorities have indicated that passenger buses will now be subject to a fee of 10.29 rupees per kilometer, amounting to 3690 rupees. Similarly, the toll tax for trucks engaged in goods transportation has seen an increase, with the National Highway Authority setting the charge at 17.22 rupees per kilometer for each truck.
