Islamabad: Federal Law Minister Nazir Tarar has said that the accused will have full right to a transparent trial in the military court, while an appeal can be filed in the higher courts against the decision of the military court.
Talking to journalists, Prime Minister Nazir Tarar further said that cases in military courts will go according to international agreements, the accused will have the right to a transparent trial in the military court.
He said that the accused in the military court will have the right to have a lawyer of his choice and to provide evidence and evidence in his defense, so far no woman’s case has been sent to the military court. The right will also be obtained.
