
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to hold a meeting today with Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa concerning the recent developments surrounding the letter from judges of the Islamabad High Court.
Reports suggest significant headway has been made on this matter, with Chief Justice Isa reaching out to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif regarding the aforementioned letter authored by six judges.
In response to this message, the Prime Minister, accompanied by his legal advisors including Attorney General Mansoor Awan and Law Minister Prime Minister Nazir Tarar, will convene with Chief Justice Isa today.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, the most senior judge of the Supreme Court, is also expected to attend this pivotal meeting. Minister Nazir Tarar has confirmed the meeting, indicating the Prime Minister’s intention to engage directly with Chief Justice Isa on this matter.
